Mental Health Workshop - Preventing Suicide Together

Our monthly mental health workshops, typically held on the third Friday of each month from 3 PM to 4 PM, are designed for Hanover Township families, focusing on child development and supporting families facing daily challenges. The workshops take place at our Hanover Park satellite office but can also be hosted by other community partners in the area.

Facilitators participate in various community groups, and topics are selected and approved by our staff. Previous workshops have addressed subjects such as mental health in the workplace, trauma, building resilient families, connecting with adolescents, and coping with loss.
