National Night Out

Centro de Información will be celebrating the 2026 National Night Out on Tuesday, August 4, from 6 - 8 p.m.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out is held every year on the first Tuesday in August. Elgin celebrates by encouraging neighborhood parties and then visiting the parties with a team of City Officials, Police, and Mascots and also Fire Department personnel.
